Refund Policy

Our garments are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you (We will only take alterations reported within a week after receiving the outfit). Worn garments are not eligible for Return, Refund or Chargeback.

We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves our office. If you feel your merchandise is damaged, you must let us know within 48 hours of receiving it. After you generate a query, the Quality Department of the Company will look into the issue and get right back to you. After reviewing the product, we may offer you an Exchange or store credit for future purchases in case of any major fault. Items cannot be returned on grounds of color, choice or handwork.

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please write to us with your order number and name. We shall ship the merchandise you requested for as soon as we receive our wrongly sent merchandise in its original form and packaging.

We reserve a right to accept or reject orders placed through our Site. We have tried our utmost best to provide the best quality products to you. In case of requests for order cancellations, as part of our policy, the orders once placed will not be cancelled / exchanged and no refund will be paid on these orders as these orders are specially made for you.

The fit of our products may vary on the cut, fabric and style of each product. Some products are designed to have a loose, relaxed fit while others are more fitted. Please refer to our sizing chart to select the best size that suits you.

We also offer custom sizing, for plus sizes, XL and above we might charge an additional charge on the retail product price depending on the outfit and customization.

Price of the order remains unchanged for any product ordered exactly as per the image as displayed on our site. However, in case a customization is required, such as color, work, sleeve adjustments, etc., there will be an additional customization charge applicable and will be added to the final billing amount. Order changes/ customization will only be catered within 24 hours of the order placement. Also, any additional accessories such as a mask, matching pouch, hijab etc. will have separate charges.

While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Further, colors might vary in pictures than actual product.

Products will be delivered in accordance to the delivery time mentioned with the outfit. Please note that deliveries can be affected in case we do not receive any of the below information on time:

Please note that we try our best in ensuring that the product reaches you within time. In order to fasten our process, we have tied up with several third party vendors for quicker deliveries. However, in case of delay from a third party, we do not take any responsibility.

We ship worldwide. The shipping charges will be additional and will be charged based on weight. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

FUNK by ABN can offer some of its products on promotional prices. However, we note that the sale outfits cannot be exchanged / returned strictly. Advance received for a sale outfit cannot be reimbursed / refunded under any circumstances. Alteration / resizing of sale outfits will not be done for any outfits offered on sale.

FUNK by ABN uses third party logistics and dispatches for all its courier services. FUNK by ABN is not responsible for the timely delivery of the products in case of any delay from the logistics team.

FUNK by ABN will dispatch the outfits as promised to the client upon receipt of full payment. If the outfit is undelivered and returned back to us, FUNK by ABN will re-connect with the client to re-attempt the delivery. In the event that we are unable to contact the client, we will hold the outfit with us for a period of 6 months. In case of no communication/response from client over this 6 month period, FUNK by ABN will forfeit the amount paid on the outfit and the outfit will be discarded.

Every product has a delivery time period mentioned along with it, shipping will be done accordingly.
